MISSION

To accompany a community of men and women in the second half of life on a year-long pilgrimage as they reimagine and renew their sense of meaning and purpose using the tools of Ignatian spirituality and discernment.

In the media

A gift to yourself

As the adage goes,
“Great leaders never stop learning.”

We’ll help you answer the questions, “What next?” and “How can I share my knowledge and experiences with the next generation?”

Over the course of a year, you will learn thoughtful and contemplative ways to discern societal needs and make a difference in the world. You will also engage with leaders, faculty, and students taking part in exciting initiatives at Jesuit institutions around the world. And you will learn spiritual reflection and prayerful ways to uncover insights on how to use your talents and passions for the greater good.

THE JOURNEY

During our three-part journey, we will look to the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius as our guide.

The Flor de Almancaes Community

Ignatian Legacy Fellows deepen their faith and find purpose in the next phase of their lives

At a certain point in life, many people ask themselves a version of this question: “What will my legacy be?”

The answers are many and varied, but for some, the answers take time. Further discovery is required. This is where the Ignatian Legacy Fellows (ILF) program has come into play for many people since September of 2019. Jason Zenk is one of them.

The Ignatian Legacy Fellows are proud to support a life-changing community kitchen in Lima, Peru, which feeds 100 people each day in honor of Fr. Michael Garanzini, SJ. The gifts from the fellows will feed families and empower the women of the community to work and to provide nutritional meals to their families. Each cohort of the ILF program will visit the community kitchen during future visits to Peru.
